Roles and Responsibilities:

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible to support and manage client engagement activities including some aspects of partner development. The role involves coordinating efforts to generate new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Assist in identifying and generating potential leads and business opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify prospects and industries for business expansion.

Support in the preparation and development of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals.

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.

Ensure data integrity and use the CRM for targeted outreach.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Analyze business development data and prepare reports.

Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Job Knowledge & Skills:

Clear and effective communication to convey ideas and information internally and externally.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.

Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
