Qualification & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English with excellent influencing skills to convey complex data insights in a clear, concise manner.
  • Proficiency in creating simple reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, with an understanding of basic visualization concepts.
  • Ability to perform basic data collection and analysis, identifying patterns and trends to support decision-making.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring an understanding of their needs.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and assist senior analysts.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of business processes, workflows, and requirements.
  • Basic problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing data and generating reports.
  • Basic understanding or experience with SQL or similar querying tools, though not essential.
  • Clear and in-depth knowledge of all air freight and products and executing the Customer Service Excellence, Dangerous Goods Regulations, Live Animal Regulations, Perishable.

Become the ambassador and the orchestrator of Qatar Airways Cargo VISION 2027.

As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our growing Cargo team as a Cargo Operational Performance Reporting Analyst.

In this role, you will support Sr. Cargo Operational Performance Reporting Analyst in enhancing measurement of Qatar Airways Cargo, as well as track and resolve queries related to performance monitoring.

You will also be responsible for Cargo iQ, database management for relevant operational KPls and report preparation as per requirements that contribute cargo operation to achieve better customer satisfaction.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:

  • Assist to compile all operational compliance data / reports and maintain controls of all reports and other documents and additionally to analyse all stations (QR, GSA and GHA’s) cargo discrepancies and for corrective action and improvement.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help support decision-making.
  • Support in generating reports, summarizing findings, and providing key metrics using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Work alongside senior business analysts and other team members to support larger initiatives and project goals.
  • Work on identifying OTP, FAP and Cargo iQ related failures and implementing corrective actions for performance improvement.
  • Generate monthly SLA reports and scorecards for network stations and ensure sign off is completed and ensure process standardization, review operational day to day report for quality checks and service performance with internal departments to ensure performance is according to Qatar Airways Cargo agreed service levels.
  • Support management to analyze market intelligence for strengths and weaknesses of Qatar Airways Cargo products and opportunities for new product development.
  • Cooperate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide input on potential solutions; identify areas of improvement within cargo operation that enhance the customer experience. Study, evaluate and provide feedback/corrective actions on all failures gathered on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Support network operations team with key projects and assist network operations team for station start-ups and transition.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to business requirements, data definitions, and process workflows.
  • Assist with identifying manual processes that could benefit from automation and participate in implementing basic automation solutions.
  • Provide support to users regarding the use of dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools.
  • Assist and influence regional heads and training manager for cargo staff to meet operational, regulatory requirement according to company policy.
