- Extensive experience in event catering and banquet service.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, international cuisines, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage and inspire a team.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
