Qualification & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Extensive experience in event catering and banquet service.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, international cuisines, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage and inspire a team.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
