Qualification & Experience:
  • 1 to 3 Year of experience in a similar position with a Luxury Hotel or resort
  • This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge in Pastry. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task
  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The Commi I- Bakery  is an essential member of the culinary team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking / baking according to recipes/menu
  • Cook/bake food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
