Business Transformation objectives to achieve SBU goals especially in the following areas:- Liability growth,  customer acquisition, better client experience, improved corporate earnings, identifying opportunities for transformation e.g. existing manual processes and reports, preparing detailed business requirements in coordination with project teams, IT teams, Risk, Operations and various business teams, timely delivery on initiatives, design-build- and deliver reports and dashboards for effective monitoring and reporting, ensure strict adherence and timely response to compliance and audit matters, review results regularly and report back to Executive Management of the SBU
