QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in rental or fleet operations
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills
  • Proven sales ability with confidence in customer engagement

 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus on driving sales for Kinto (Rental) mobility products while providing key customer service and fleet support to ensure a smooth rental experience.

  • Engage with customers across various channels to understand needs, promote KINTO products, and recommend suitable rental solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage leads and customer interactions through Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process online and in-person reservations, verify documents, prepare contracts, handle payments, and issue receipts.
  • Monitor and manage bookings via platforms such as Booking.com and Self Drive.
  • Explain rental terms, coordinate vehicle handovers, and ensure service quality and compliance with company policies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, including escalations from the call center and social media.
  • Support fleet operations, including vehicle inspections, replacements, maintenance coordination, and accident report handling.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
