QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years experience in rental or fleet operations
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Proven sales ability with confidence in customer engagement
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus on driving sales for Kinto (Rental) mobility products while providing key customer service and fleet support to ensure a smooth rental experience.
- Engage with customers across various channels to understand needs, promote KINTO products, and recommend suitable rental solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Manage leads and customer interactions through Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Process online and in-person reservations, verify documents, prepare contracts, handle payments, and issue receipts.
- Monitor and manage bookings via platforms such as Booking.com and Self Drive.
- Explain rental terms, coordinate vehicle handovers, and ensure service quality and compliance with company policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, including escalations from the call center and social media.
- Support fleet operations, including vehicle inspections, replacements, maintenance coordination, and accident report handling.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
