Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
5+ years of experience as Data Analyst
High level of proficiency in SQL and in-depth knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle and MS SQL Server)
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop Dashboards by understanding business needs, interpret the integrated data and translate this into usable visualizations to drive business decisions, interpreting results and how to utilize the dashboards
Prepare relevant business data and information using agreed processes, procedures and systems
Use agreed data collection tools for data analysis and management reporting
Experience in installation and configuration of BI software on the server.
Provide data and reporting solutions to operational and business issues
Analyze and communicate data analysis findings to a range of stakeholders, using a variety of formats and different approaches
Review collated business information to identify trends, anomalies and respond to ad-hoc queries for information
Ensure relevant data sets are complete, accurate and all information is input in time to allow accurate regular reporting
Identify the appropriate data sources and map the data from source to target
