Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science (or similar)
• IT/Telco architecture, design and business processes
• 10+ years of Data Management, Analytics and BI domain in IT/Telco Industry
• 5+ years of team management
• A dedicated professional who can build and lead the team in proper direction by aligning individual goals with company’s goals
• Know about the best practices in Enterprise Data Engineering, Analytics and Business Intelligence with strong understanding of CVM analytical needs, campaign segmentation, financial analysis and sales performance.
• Holds vast experience in design strategies, optimization techniques and Data Architecture skills.
• Experience in stakeholders, vendor and team Management
• Effective Communication Skill

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Data Engineering experts, Data Modellers, Business Intelligence leads to take end to end ownership of projects and programmes involving BigData, Data-Warehouse (DWH) and BI from requirement analysis to design, deployment, testing and Go-Live phases within approved budget
• This role requires to maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders aligning on an agreed roadmap and delivery of dynamic enterprise information and analytical solutions which includes, but is not limited to, delivering network analytics, near-real-time dynamic offering enablement using location based and event based triggers against customer life style and potential revenue segmentation, customer centric 360 profiling, inbound/outbound and digital campaign segmentation, integrated information models, business oriented KPIs data marts, financial revenue and profitability analysis, products life cycle tracking and inventory management, quality of sales analysis.
• Manage End to End information and analytical models’ integration with external partners including government authorities and external clients.
• This role is responsible for securing a well-maintained enterprise data governance framework, cost-effective temperature-based data storage, geo-resilient disaster recovery enabled architecture & solutions
• Aligning with technology (IT & Network) domain managers on overall data integration with technology platforms
• Sign off architecture and design artefacts produced by data architects and modellers, and support them to stay in sync with global data best practices and latest architecture blueprint
• Motivate and manage data domain experts and specialists including architects, modellers, data engineers and data analysts to design, build and continuously refine the data integration methods, end to end information flows, conceptual, logical and physical information models, advanced analytics, machine learning BI solutions.
• Establish and maintain synergy between Data Domain team and Operations teams not only to get operational issues resolved timely without service degradability but also to support capacity management for overall data platforms including expansions and upgrades
• Main responsibility of this role is to define Data driven strategy in line to overall company strategy and getting it approved from senior management
• Define and get management approval on yearly project roadmap from domain and business perspectives to introduce new capabilities through new/modified analytics toolkits that can help exploring new business opportunities and sustainable growth
