QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Engineering, IT, or Marketing.
  • 6–8 years’ experience in digital product ownership, e-commerce, or digital transformation roles (telecom or technology industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving digital revenue growth and improving customer experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); PO/Agile certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Experience working with UI/UX teams and developers to deliver optimized journeys.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Digital Channel Product Owner will own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Vodafone’s digital sales and service platforms (E-shop, My Vodafone App, website, AI). This role ensures a seamless and engaging digital experience, maximizes digital sales and revenue, and continuously innovates to meet customer needs and business objectives.

  • Own the digital product roadmap: Define, prioritize, and deliver features and enhancements that drive adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue & Growth: Drive digital channels sales performance, ensuring targets are achieved across all categories and campaigns.
  • Customer Experience: Champion top-in-class journeys by collaborating with UX/UI teams, developers, and analytics teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Align priorities with Marketing, Finance, Care, Enterprise, and Technology stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
  • Data-driven decision making: Leverage Google Analytics, Adobe, and other digital tools to track KPIs (conversion, churn, sales, funnel performance).
  • Campaigns & Partnerships: Lead vendor collaborations (Apple, Samsung, Google, etc.) to support product launches, promotions, and joint campaigns.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product launches from concept to execution, ensuring readiness across digital platforms.
  • Agile Delivery: Act as Product Owner in agile squads, managing backlog, user stories, and sprint prioritization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor competitor benchmarks and customer behavior, implementing enhancements to remain competitive.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all digital activities meet legal, security, and operational requirements.
