Qualification & Experience:
- We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Core understanding of the E-commerce digital environment and customer touchpoints.
- Experience working with social media, website content and UX /product copywriting.
Preferred qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Arts (English Language).
- Professional qualifications in Advertising/Copywriting and Creative writing.
- Experience as a copywriter or content creator for various media, blogs, online sales channels or advertising agencies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of digital content for Qatar Airways’ direct channels (website and mobile app), as well as other digital media including landing pages, emails, social media copy, push notifications, search ads, content pages, etc., in order to enhance the online experience for our customers.
- Collaborate and provide support to the product development teams by creating content for all online digital customer journeys including the online booking flow, manage booking section, add-on flows and pages, online check-in flow, loyalty programme pages and all other transactional pages on the website.
- Oversee quality assurance by creating, editing and checking written content, ensuring clarity and compliance with brand and company communication guidelines.
- Create content for campaigns while personalising the copy according to the channel and audience, and ensuring the relevance of the content on visuals.
- Collaborate with the UX and Design team on various projects to develop innovative and creative content to be hosted on the website and other channels.
- Create content for targeted experiences, such as subscribers and loyalty programme members, on the website to give customers a personalised experience.
- Create and review long form content hosted on the website, including SEO articles and destination pages, to promote traffic to the Qatar Airways worldwide.
