JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing.
- Arabic Speaker is a must.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or E-commerce are a plus
- 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, and e-commerce operations.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is an advantage
- Exposure to product launches, marketing campaigns, or promotional activities is preferred
- Social media management (posting, scheduling, engagement monitoring
- E-commerce platform management (WooCommerce, product uploads, bulk uploads, stock management)
- Basic SEO knowledge and keyword optimization
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (operations, designers etc.)
- Analytical mindset for monitoring social media and website performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Manage social media accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement)
- Respond to customer queries across all digital platforms
- Coordinate with operations for accurate customer responses
- Upload and manage products on the e-commerce platform (e.g., WooCommerce), including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Apply basic SEO and keyword optimization
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions (online & offline)
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Support events and in-store promotions
- Create basic designs using Canva or similar tools as needed
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, especially in the consumer electronics sector.
- Monitor and report on performance (sales, traffic, engagement)
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Works closely with the operations, Sales, and designing teams
- Collaborates with design and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Supports internal teams by providing timely updates on marketing activities, product uploads, and customer feedback.
- Interacts with customers through social media , emails, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for website support
- Monitors competitor activities and markets trends to align marketing efforts
- Represents the brand externally by ensuring consistent communication and engagement across all channels.
