Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management systems and tools.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
• Expertise in financial compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.

Position Summary:

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hotel’s business goals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and Hyatt standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth.
