Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales particularly on managing online sales and food delivery platforms
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent
Analytical mindset to improve the e-commerce platform and meet business goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required
Familiarity with the best practices for promoting products on online sales and food delivery platforms
Proficiency with basic office software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel is required
Familiarity with food safety protocols
Strong background in digital marketing preferred
Experience with agriculture particularly on vegetable produce preferred
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Ability to quickly learn and understand company products and services to effectively answer questions and make recommendations

Providing client support by responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information on products and services
