Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
Must hold a PTW from Qatar Energy.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work performed by technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all electrical operations.
Manage schedules, work assignments, and productivity of the electrical team.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety in electrical installations.
Maintain accurate records of electrical work and prepare reports as needed.
