Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or any business-related field is mandatory.

Minimum 3 Years of work experience in the related field.

Proficiency in writing, speaking, and reading in Arabic is mandatory.

Proficient in navigating the MOI and MOL websites.

Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law, particularly regarding the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.

Problem-solving skills, a collaborative team player mindset, and a positive attitude are highly desirable traits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of Qatar labor law and apply this knowledge to daily HR tasks and operations, ensuring all activities are in full compliance with legal requirements.

Ministry Transactions: Expertly navigate and manage transactions through the Ministry of Interior (MOI) and Ministry of Labor (MOL) websites, including issuing and processing VP’s and visas (QVC and NON-QVC), sponsorship transfers, contract issuance, work permits, designation changes, QID renewals, and exit permits.

Onboarding & Separation: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and issued on time. Assist line managers with employee separation/termination procedures, including using MOL platforms to approve employee separations to new sponsors.

Employee Orientation: Conduct comprehensive onboarding presentations for new employees, detailing the Employee Relations (ER) services and how to access support. Strong presentation skills and confidence are required.

Investigations & Disciplinary Actions: Conduct investigations into employee conduct issues and issue appropriate disciplinary actions based on findings.

Arabic Correspondence: Draft and proofread official Arabic letters to ministries and embassies in relation to employee requests, including salary certificates, employment certificates, NOCs for family sponsorship, resignation acceptance, sponsorship transfers, passport renewals, and reissuance of lost IDs and passports.

Record Management: Update internal database (SAP) with all employee information related to their probation, QID renewal dates and passport numbers. As well as maintaining and updating the E-files for all employees with their relevant documents.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of the ER department by suggesting innovative ideas and initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience.

Department Projects: Collaborate on departmental projects, such as creating SOPs, manual books to represent the ER department different services and processes, company policies.

Self-Reporting & Analysis: Generate and maintain monthly reports to track and showcase personal tasks and achievements, using tools like pivot tables and Power BI to analyze data and highlight key performance metrics.
