Qualifications and Experience :
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- As part of his assignment, the job holder will need to:
- Demonstrate personal commitment to NOC’s HSE policy.
- Update HSE knowledge and training and ensure that they comply with NOC requirements.
- Play an active role in HSE awareness activities set up by NOC
- Coordinating with multiple departments to deliver the four month Integrated Plans
- Identifying clashes / constraints affecting the ability to execute work scopes.
- Facilitating and developing cross functional optimised solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Making recommendations to Work Preparator for approval and implementation.
- Providing feedback to the relevant departments to improve quality and compliance to the Execution Planning process.
- Maintaining a list of break-in/out requests for both 4 month and 5 week plans.
- Producing production shortfall reports as inputs to the Production Forecast
- Assisting with the analysis of deviation against plan to support the deviation reporting on the ROFO and Production Forecast
- Contributing to a strong Incident Free culture within NOC and take corrective action wherever necessary.
- Performing spot audits and checks on compliance to the process
- Supporting planning meetings and regularly communicates with key stakeholders to review, update, refine, control change and discuss on planned progress, contradicting activities, high risk activities and opportunities.
