QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Transferable QID and locally available in Qatar
  • – Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role
    – Proficient in MS Office and office management software
    – Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    – Strong verbal and written communication abilities
    – Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
    – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to executives in Alfardan Automobiles, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

– Manage executive schedules, including arranging appointments, travel, and accommodation
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
– Maintain executive filing system and databases
– Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
– Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
