Facility Engineer

Position: Facility Engineer
Location: Qatar

Education and Experience:

• Full-time Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years in managing large projects within GCC countries.
• Strong professional knowledge of electromechanical systems (electricity, current, and mechanics).
• Preferably certified by QCDD and holds a Class B grade from KAHRAMAA or equivalent authority.
• Proficiency in HSEQ Management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Expertise in planning, organizing, and supervising multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

General Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of electromechanical systems.
• Manage large-scale facility projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and supervise multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Implement and monitor HSEQ management practices across projects.
• Provide expert technical advice and solutions for project challenges.
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
