Qualification & Experience:
- Telecom Engineer
- Strong FTTx knowledge
- More than 5 years’ experience in the service or telecommunication industry with a strong background in fixed fulfilment – triple play service
- Track record in managing a team of diverse backgrounds to achieve high level of service.
- Customer obsessed, demonstrated a deep insight into customer’s way of thinking. Thinks about future trends/growth strategies
- Senior stakeholder engagement
Ability to deliver in high pressure and short deadlines environments with the ability to learn and assimilate new information at a high rate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of diverse staff with a mix of FTE’s/ contractual staff onshore & offshore.
- Own and manage fulfilment budget in alignment within supply chain guidelines. Cross functionally review the spend and identify cost saving opportunities
- Own field service experience in terms of technical knowledge, customer handling skills, Vodafone way of communication
- Drive Fulfilment KPI’s, Fulfilment TNPS
Key Skills
- He/She will be end to end accountable;
- to drive high level / low level fiber implementation plans submitted by sub-contractors
- to manage field partner contracts and pricing negotiations with supply chain on regular basis by considering additional scope expansions
- to design and implementation of Lead-to-order-to-billing process for SOHO/ SME business segment
- to drive Vodafone fiber fulfilment within agreed SLA
- to manage stock utilization and re-ordering of ONT, CPE, Set top box, patch cords, Fiber cables, splitters
- to ensure sub-contractors follow Health and safety compliancy of Vodafone
- to ensure sub-contractors follow Vodafone dress codes, standards, and legal regulations
- to be eager for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement by participating in trainings, reading technical publications and educational opportunities.
- to enhance department and organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Individual must be able to have commitment driven delivery attitude, strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skill to drive matrix organized stakeholders. Individual must be able to engage in crucial conversations with internal stakeholders by demonstrating strong leadership skills to drive critical thinking and decision making
