Qualification & Experience:

• High School diploma or relevant certificate/degree

• 4+ years of experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Valid Qatari driving license

Roles and Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance of our IM fleet, manage parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves supervising maintenance activities, managing contracts, and addressing emergency situations 24/7.

• Perform and document scheduled maintenance and repairs

• Manage contractors and maintenance teams

• Handle inventory and parts procurement

• Inspect vehicles and resolve issues with third-party fleets
