QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
2. Strong understanding of the B2B sales process
3. Knowledge of FIAT Professional vehicles or willingness to learn
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Identify and target potential corporate clients for FIAT Professional vehicles.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate clients.
– Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
– Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to corporate clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure effective sales campaigns.

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
– Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and customer relationship management.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
– Knowledge of FIAT Professional vehicles and the automotive market is a plus.
