QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations or coordination, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with hospitality systems (Micros, Opera, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage management team.
  • Coordinate daily communications, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence related to F&B activities and performance.
  • Liaise with kitchen, service, and banquet teams to support upcoming events and guest requirements.
  • Ensure all reservations, group requests, and banquet orders are accurately documented and communicated.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office and operational supplies for the department.
  • Support in coordinating training schedules, employee engagement activities, and departmental meetings.
  • Maintain high levels of guest service by handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests with efficiency and care.
  • Uphold company standards and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences across all outlets.
