• Native Arabic speaker with fluent proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests in hotel and real estate operations.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other guest-related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest requirements promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and follow-ups.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and guests.
