Qualification & Experience:

  • Being available at the clinic to attend sick colleagues and provide First Aid treatment, Medication and/ Recommendation to visit a Doctor depending on how serious the case is.
  • Providing support and advice to sick colleagues as well as collaborating with their Managers/ Departments Heads whenever a Doctor’s visit or sick leave is required.
  • Administering medications and treatments provided to all colleagues and recording medical history and symptoms.
  • Providing refresher trainings to colleagues in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager
  • Staying up- to – date in nursing and healthcare, providing health tips from time as well as organizing health talks/ campaigns.
  • Ensuring all First Aid boxes around the hotel and accommodation and checked often and filled at all times.
  • To assist the Human Resources department as and when required with administration task, colleague’s activities and any other tasks assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A person who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure proper healthcare and wellbeing is provided to all colleagues at all times. He / She must have an adequate knowledge and ability to provide emergency treatment at workplace and administer over – the – counter medication to colleagues. Someone who is a natural caregiver and loves to support colleagues during their times of sickness while building trust with them, maintaining satisfaction and consistency of service provided.
