Location: Qatar

• Educational Background: Must have a BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years total experience, with at least 3 years in airport projects.
• Certifications: NEBOSH Certification is required.
• Exposure to Environment/Energy-related projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 50001 and GSAS/LEED standards.
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for airport construction projects.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide safety training and orientation for new employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders regarding HSE compliance and initiatives.
