Position: HSEQ Officer
Location: Qatar

Qualification & Experience:

  • NEBOSH IGC Level 3 or an equivalent certification.
  • Technical qualification – Degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment on a project in GCC countries.
  • Proven experience in HSE audits, inspections, and site activity monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in delivering training on various HSE-related topics.

Mandatory:

  • Valid driving license.

Leadership and Organizational Skills:

  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and supervise multiple teams effectively.
  • Decisive decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in analysis and making presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor site activities to identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training sessions for employees.
  • Coordinate with project teams to implement safety protocols effectively.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Foster a strong safety culture through stakeholder engagement and communication.
