Position: HSEQ Officer
Location: Qatar
Qualification & Experience:
- NEBOSH IGC Level 3 or an equivalent certification.
- Technical qualification – Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment on a project in GCC countries.
- Proven experience in HSE audits, inspections, and site activity monitoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in delivering training on various HSE-related topics.
Mandatory:
- Valid driving license.
Leadership and Organizational Skills:
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise multiple teams effectively.
- Decisive decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in analysis and making presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor site activities to identify and mitigate safety risks.
- Develop and deliver HSE training sessions for employees.
- Coordinate with project teams to implement safety protocols effectively.
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Foster a strong safety culture through stakeholder engagement and communication.
