Primary Purpose of the Job :
This position requires post-holder to be part of a team, and perform all tasks assigned to deliver top class service to our customers.
Providing 1st and 2nd line IT technical support to resolve user and operational problems according to the agreed Service Level Agreements to enhance user satisfaction level.
Supporting and maintain PCs and peripherals.
Carry out diagnostic troubleshooting by selecting and using appropriate technical references.
Ensure rapid response to user technical and functional issues for a range of applications across multiple business lines and asset.
Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries
Act as first line security response resource and execute emergency procedures.
