QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in income auditing or hotel finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS) and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and procedures.

 

JOB PURPOSE :

• Audit daily revenue reports from all hotel outlets (Rooms, F&B, etc.).
• Verify and reconcile cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Ensure proper posting of charges and adjustments in the property management system.
• Investigate discrepancies and report findings to HODs.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue summaries to management.
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and hotel accounting policies.
