3-5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and data centers
Expertise in cybersecurity practices and tools

Solid understanding of database management systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong project management abilities with a track record of successful IT implementations
In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, CompTIA) are preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centers
Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Manage cloud computing initiatives and optimize cloud-based services
Administer and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues
