  • Graduate in IT or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Software, Hardware, Systems, and Applications.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience using the PowerSchool application.
  • Provide technical support for IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and system troubleshooting.
  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal functionality of IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide efficient IT support for both internal and external users.
  • Train staff on the usage of IT systems and applications, offering technical guidance as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of IT issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.
  • Assist in managing software and hardware inventories, ensuring systems are up-to-date.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of IT processes and tools.
