Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science / Degree in Biomedical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Computer knowledge/certification preferred.
  • Must have driving skills & license.
  • Minimum one year total experience in the Biomedical Field with experience in various Surgery Medical lines.
  • Preferred Experience in Qatar Market
  • Language and proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Driving: Valid GCC driving license required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer’s daily technical complaint and issues on medical equipment have been address to in a properly manner.
  • Identify medical equipment specification, conduct installation, commissioning and handed-over of new medical equipment effectively.
  • Carry-out planned and unplanned preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment as assigned.
  • Provide technical support to sales team on customer’s technical issues such as determining pre-installation requirements and end-user training on equipment operation.
  • Completes the needed documentation and service reports and participates in department planning and strategies as required to achieve company goals.
  • Always updated on all maintenance contracts preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Provide technical support/ assistance, efficient and effective service & maintenance to all customer’s calls to ensure their satisfaction & trust.
  • To monitor, perform and ensure scheduled periodic preventive and corrective maintenance in a timely manner.
  •  Establish very close relationship with key customers, especially with VIP clients.
  • Provides inputs and participates in department planning and strategies to achieve department goals.
  • Participates in the implementation of short-term strategic goals of the department.
  • Determine service priorities and time tables, allocate the needed resources/ tasks.
  • Ensure proper managing of the initial call from the customer.
  • Effectively communication skills to engage the customer and start service experience.
  • Follow-up with customer regarding outstanding issues.
  • Works with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
  • Gathers & derives knowledge & experience of the technical aspects of Biomedical Equipment in order to analyze issues and find solutions.
  • Identifies & proposes effective technologies in order to satisfy customer requirements & issues.
  • Constantly strives to identify new techniques in working with medical equipment to improve its performance, resolving system issues efficiently and reducing downtime.
