QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Kenfix Technician or in a similar role working with industrial equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and write detailed reports
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Obtain out of order Room list from the  Assistant CE and Engineering Coordinator and do the required repairs and maintenance per maintenance schedule.
• Check all the rooms as per PMP schedule, regarding Carpentry, Electricity, plumbing, painting, polishing, and A/C.
• In case of any major repair in the rooms, it must be reported to the Asst. Chief Engineer.
• In the guest rooms, the policy and procedures must always be strictly applied.
• Do any other work that is assigned to you by the Asst. Chief Engineer or Engineering shift.
• The toolbox should always be ready and missing tools is your responsibility.
• To relieve any technician during his absence (Electrician, Plumber, Gen. Mechanic, A/C Technician, Welder, Painter, Polisher, Carpenter) according to the operation requirements and as per the Assistant Chief Engineer instructions.
