Qualification & Experience:
  • Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent. University Degree holder preferred
  • 2 years expertise in people management.
  • At least 2 years background in a distributor/multinational FMCG business
  • Good business communication skills
  • Analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Proficient in MS office
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to ensure adequate stock availability on shelf 24/7
  • Maintain freshness of stock in Stores
  • Responsible for stock rotation
  • Provide inputs towards short term and medium term related to Brand Development
  • Interfacing with Customer first and second line management levels for in-market executions
  • Negotiates with customers on the allocated marketing spend
  • Address stock listing, availability, visibility and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines
  • Liaises with the logistics function to ensure delivery of stock
  • Responsible for debt recovery and provides support to accounting team for reconciliations
  • In-depth understanding of Customer Sales Analysis and reporting Competition activities
  • Provides direct supervision of Sales Team including performance management
  • Uses creativity in improving brand visibility and off take within all trade segments
  • Takes part in creating an innovation culture
