QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong understanding of learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS platforms or e-learning tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives across all hotel departments.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the hotel culture and processes.
- Coordinate, track, and document employee performance reviews in collaboration with Department Heads, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
- Support managers and department heads in implementing employee development plans and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external training sessions, including soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development programs.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Coordinate with departmental trainers and managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
- Maintain and update training records, attendance reports, and learning metrics to track progress and impact.
- Prepare monthly training and development reports as per hotel and regional requirements
- Support the preparation of audits, inspections, and brand compliance requirements
- Support HR and People & Culture initiatives by contributing to employee engagement, recognition, and career development programs.
