Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential
- 4+ years of job-related experience
- Great analytical skills
- Financial background is a plus
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Numeracy skills and good understanding of financials
key responsibilities :
- Improve loyalty macroeconomics such as program P&L, liability and breakage
- Track and take necessary actions to reduce program breakage
- Track currency liability and prepare long term liability plans
- Review non-air partnerships, ensuring economic viability, healthy margins and lucrativeness for members
- Feasibility and ROI of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Develop self-service evaluation models for partnerships, promotions and marketing initiatives
- Monitor monthly P&L and suggest actions to the stakeholders with guidance from loyalty economics
- Review loyalty value propositions or benefit introductions and amendments
