QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality marketing, ideally including pre-opening projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking with proven brand positioning skills.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building brand loyalty.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

 

JOB PURPOSE :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR campaigns to generate buzz and awareness.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to design brand collateral, signage, and digital content.
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners for effective launch promotions.
  • Establish digital platforms and social media presence consistent with Ennismore’s & Our Habitas brand guidelines.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with Our Habitas vision and lifestyle concept.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to differentiate the hotel in a competitive market.
  • Manage ongoing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Organize promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making.

Brand & Culture Contribution:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, building a strong emotional connection with target audiences.
  • Collaborate across departments to uphold a consistent brand message and guest experience.
