• Relevant experience in MEP systems.
• Valid NOC.
• Knowledge of MEP operations and maintenance.
• Oversee daily MEP maintenance and operations.
• Coordinate and schedule work for MEP technicians.
• Ensure that all MEP systems function efficiently.
• Perform inspections and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain records of all MEP activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
