• Conduct maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot MEP issues and assist with system installations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other technicians on daily tasks.
• Keep records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on-site.
