OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (GDS & NFIS) – QatarEnergy

Diploma in Chemical Engineering or similar engineering speciality.

– Minimum 13 years’ experience including minimum 3 years of experience at supervisory level, OR 8 years’ experience with Higher National Diploma / Degree in Chemical or similar engineering specialty including minimum 3 years of experience at supervisory level. – An organized and high impact individual who sees the big picture as well as the detail. Has a record of success in managing interfaces, people, and operational problems. – Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to manage, influence and control high level meetings and committees in the division and outside it as well. – Ability to drive performance improvement through challenging the status quo and making changes to improve operational performance. – Ability to breakdown complex information into manageable elements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervises, coordinates and controls the operation of Khuff gas production facilities and processing systems to ensure the continuous supply of the required volume of on specification gas to consumers.
