QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Packing Helper
• Basic knowledge of vegetables and their packaging standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Good Communication skills to report issues or concerns to the team leader
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and overtime when required
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, if available

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the packaging and sorting of vegetables according to predefined standards and instructions.
• Clean and maintain packaging materials and equipment to ensure hygienic conditions.
• Ensure accurate labeling and tagging of packaged vegetables for easy identification and traceability.
• Inspect vegetables before packaging to identify and remove any damaged or spoiled items.
• Assist in loading and unloading vegetables onto delivery trucks or storing them in designated areas.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal productivity and workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling vegetables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Report any quality or supply issues to the supervisor or relevant personnel immediately.
