Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of job-related experience
- Flight Attendant in a Supervisory role with Business Aviation experience -preferred
- Solid background in performance management or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the compliance of standards and procedures at all times to promote the safety of the airline and exceptional Inflight experience
- Collaborate with training department in developing training programs to uphold and elevate in flight experience on board
- Manage the Performance Officers/Inflight Trainer Checkers and Cabin Crew duties, in order to optimize productivity within the operation
- Ensure each PO/ITC/Cabin Crew are assessed on their performance as per defined procedure in order to ensure consistency and effectiveness of assessments and to exchange ideas to elevate onboard service standards
- Develop and implement service standards, procedures and products on board in coordination with Inflight and Training departments to ensure exceptional service on board
- Provide welfare and counselling support to Cabin Crew by assisting with incidents or occurrences of personal or professional nature
- Engage with underperformers through F2F discussion and provide feedback to align them with Cabin Service objectives, document and monitor progress
- Address behavioral /performance issues and apply appropriate action as per HR policies
- Communicate with the team regularly to ensure everyone is aware of company and departmental objectives and each one’s role in achieving them
- Provide feedback related to the cabin specs for new aircraft deliveries
