Qualification & Experience:
  • Degree in Business/ Computer Science / Analytics, University degree, MBA is a plus
  • 5+ Years of relevant experience in Telecoms (preferably) or FMCG industry
  • Channel planning and operations experience preferred
  • Understanding of sales operations a must
  • Experience in influencing cross functionally against the delivery of a go to market plan
  • Exceptional analytical skills (an expert in MS Excel)
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strive for Continuous Innovation in Products and Processes to deliver increasing share of Market in High-Mid Value Prepay Segments.
  • Work closely with sales team to deliver the prepaid acquisition targets and market share ambitions
  • Own the Product Go to Market and effectively manage Stakeholders such as Product team, Channel operations, and Marketing Communications for flawless execution
  • Monitor Competition activities and benchmarking to ensure market reaction time is near instantaneous and always ensure parity on Product.
  • To launch and monitor Sales incentive programs to acquire Prepaid customers with a focus on increasing inflow revenue.
  • Responsible for Customer ARPU upgrades by manging below the line Outbound and Inbound campaigns.
  • Responsible for minimizing Prepaid churn through targetted CVM campaigns.
