QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, HACCP) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Experience with hotel operations, guest service standards, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, and back-of-house operations to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Evaluate guest service standards and identify areas for improvement by reviewing guest feedback, complaints, and service delivery processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and policies in line with brand and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments (housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to hotel staff on quality assurance practices, customer service, and operational standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on audit findings, including corrective action plans and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and regulatory bodies for inspections and certifications.
- Keep updated with industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor competitor hotels to benchmark service quality and implement innovative practices.
- Assist management in setting quality objectives and strategies aligned with overall business goals.
