Qualification & Experience:

• Experienced with the tender process in Qatar and able to make proper tender documents, technical evaluation and commercial evaluations.
• Has full knowledge about Contract management from the commercial point of view.
• Capable to review the monthly FMCs interim payment documents and process them for client approval.
• Familiar with the financial reconciliation reports for the contractors.
• Ability to prepare commercial letters to different parties.
• Able to create patch orders to buy any required materials and spare parts.
• Able to communicate with suppliers and get quotations as required.
• Able to do tech- commercial evaluation of received quotes.
• Able to upload purchased parts in CAFM and run monthly audit report.
• Well organized, have good communication skill and team player.
