Qualification & Experience:
-Valid Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) license as a Radiation
protection Officer (RPO).
– 15 years’ experience in industrial radiation protection field.
– At least 5 years in the oil & gas industry experience as RPO.
– Strong knowledge of international codes and practices relevant to industrial
radiation related activities.
– Medically fit for working as Radiation Protection Officer.
– Good report writing skills and a good verbal and written command of English.
Education:
BSc. in relevant engineering or science discipline.

Role Summary:
Operate the NORM decontamination and storage facility and waste disposal in compliance with state environmental and radiation protection laws and regulations. Ensure effective VI governance of HSE risks associated with ionizing, non-ionizing, and Naturally Occurring Radiation Materials (NORM) related activities by controlling and mitigating them to As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) levels. Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC) radiation protection laws, Corporate radiation protection strategic business objectives, and Senior Management
expectations.
