Qualification & Experience:
- Flexible and prepared to learn
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent verbal communication, listening and telephone Skills
- Organized and customer focused
- Automotive experience is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure premium service tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
- Responsible for running the reception desk smoothly and efficiently, and managing incoming and outgoing transactions
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensures customer satisfaction at any time.
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Fulfill all reasonable requests from prospects/customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety while hosting them
- Conduct regular checks throughout the day and report any issues to line manager
- Accountable for appointments and scheduling them properly on the days and times specified, as well as reminding people of these appointments.
- Understanding a lot of things about the operations of an office and give information about the same over the phone
