• Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a hotel setting within GCC countries
• Preferably from Bangladesh or India
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate
• Transferable visa required
• Age: 25 to 35 years
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including handling reservations and payments
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and assist with any inquiries or issues
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and high levels of guest satisfaction
