Recruitment Officer | CBQ

Job Summary :

Commercial Bank is looking to hire a national who would like to develop a career within Human Capital under our dynamic Talent and Resourcing Team.
This role as a Recruitment officer will be to assist the execution of recruitment and sourcing activities of CB and all its subsidiaries in order to select the most suitable candidates in line with CB requirements and standards to enable it to meet its operational and strategic objectives.
 

Key Accountabilities :

Talent Sourcing
–    Liaise with Human Capital Business Partners and respective line managers on approved open vacancies and gather information on job reequipments and coordinate with different stakeholders on the recruitment needs and the type of employee required for the job role in order to recruit an appropriate candidate.
–    Identify and attract top talent through various channels using self-sourcing techniques and job portals, in a high-pressured environment to fill list of open vacancies efficiently in limited period of time.
–    Job Posting on career page and other available job platforms.
Relationship Building
–    Develop and maintain strong relationship with candidates, ensuring positive candidate experience.
–    Negotiate job offer with selected candidate as per approved budget

Ability to come up with innovative recruitment solutions that are dynamic and adaptable, incorporating technology, creativity, and data-driven insights to attract and retain the best talent in a competitive market. These approaches aim to enhance the candidate experience, improve the efficiency of the hiring process, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the organization

Collaboration
–    Work closely with different stakeholders including but National Development team to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
–    Attend University fairs to attract national talent
–    Coordinate and build business relationship with MOL and Kawader portal to source and screen top talent.
