Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Italian cuisine.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Must possess a valid QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate.
Experience in budget management and inventory control is preferred.
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
