Location: Qatar
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Italian cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Must possess a valid QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate.
- Experience in budget management and inventory control is preferred.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
