  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Italian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate.
  • Experience in budget management and inventory control is preferred.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
