Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years specializing in Italian cuisine.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid NOC.
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost-effective management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and promote menu offerings.
